Sometimes I&#039;ll freeze veggie parts that I don&#039;t end up cooking (like leftover celery and other stuff), so by the time I want stock, I&#039;ll have a stash :)

		<description>I&#039;m with you, Selina.  Believe it or not, I JUST made my first batch of homemade stock a couple weeks ago and really it was so so easy.  Cleanup is the hardest part.  I froze the majority of the stock for later use.

As long as you&#039;re already making chicken or turkey you might as well make this.  So cheap for something that would otherwise be thrown out.

I must admit though, I was chintzy on the veggies (I didn&#039;t have celery or too many carrots on hand) so next time I&#039;ll use your mix!</description>
